Action plan for the conservation of Baltic water-plantain

The following action programme is an English translation of Environmental Protection Agency report 5499 “Action programme for the conservation of Baltic water-plantain”, which was published in 2005. The programme has been translated in order to make it more accessible to English speakers, and in particular to increase the exchange of action work experience between countries where Baltic water-plantain can be found.
