Questions and support
The County Administrative Boards' IT support can help you with:
- technical problems or questions relating to the use of the e-services
- questions about payment functions
- questions about handling e‑identifications.
The County Administrative Boards do not charge for IT support.

If you have questions relating to a business, an individual matter or the content and information in the form in the e-service, please contact the County Administrative Board in charge of the matter.
General information about the forms
The forms are filled out step by step. You press “Next” to proceed to the next step and “Back” to return to previous steps. Some fields in the forms are mandatory and you need to fill them out to proceed to the next page. Instructions on how to complete each step can be found on each page. If you fill something out incorrectly or if something is missing, the field will be highlighted and there will be information about what needs to be corrected.
Choose your County Administrative Board
It is important that your application (or equivalent) is sent to the correct County Administrative Board so that processing can begin. You must specify the County Administrative Board to which your application (or equivalent) should be sent.
Information about file formats
The approved file formats are: pdf, tif, tiff, jpeg, jpg, doc, docx and excel (exceptions may occur in some e-services).

Payment
Sometimes you are required to make a payment, for example an application fee. Payments can be made online by card and in most cases via bank transfer. If you pay by card, we can begin processing your case faster. Cards from Mastercard and VISA are accepted. If you pay via bank transfer (bankgiro), it is important to enter the OCR number found in the form.
Recommended browsers
Our e‑services work in Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. All in the latest version and two prior versions. If you use a different browser, we can unfortunately not provide you with any technical support in the event of any problems.
Technical problems with identification or signature?
We support BankID, mobile BankID, Telia e‑identification and Freja eID+. If you experience technical problems with your e-identification (BankID), contact the issuer that issued your e-identification. If you have general questions, you can call the county boards' joint support on 010-2230303.

Block ID document
If you have lost your e-identification or suspect that it is being misused in any way, you must block it immediately. You do this with the publisher that issued your e‑identification card.
