Final seminar of the INSPIRE project
After three years of restoration work, searching for models to increase engagement and bringing more knowledge about invasive alien species to the garden sector, we have now reached the final destination. We will present our results, listen to great speakers and discuss our findings, and we hope that you will join us.

Program
The seminar consists of a field day and an indoor seminar day.
Field trip
Tuesday the 22nd of September 2026, 10.00 – 16.00
We visit some of our restoration sites and discuss the different methods and it´s outcomes. We also visit a couple of engagement areas and talk more about the challenges of engaging the public and private landowners.
Dinner (at own expence) at 18.00.
Seminar day - virtual participation is possible
Wednesday the 23rd of September 2026, 10.00 – 16.00
The seminar will be held in the beautiful old school from 1897, Elite Hotel Mimer. Today you will hear more about some of our results such as the restoration strategy, the municipality guide and the alternative species list, amongst other things we have worked with during these years.
