Du behöver inte logga in för att använda denna e-tjänst. Om du inte loggar in behöver du avsluta ditt ärende inom tre timmar för att det inte ska försvinna.
Om du loggar in på Mina sidor kan du spara och fortsätta att fylla i e-tjänsten vid ett senare tillfälle. Då kan du ta de pauser du behöver innan du skickar in ditt ärende till oss.
Du loggar in med din e-legitimation. Vi stöder BankID, mobilt BankID, Freja eID+ och Telia e-legitimation (i vissa e-tjänster kan undantag förekomma). Du kan logga in antingen på Mina sidor eller i e-tjänsten. Ditt konto på Mina sidor aktiveras när du loggar in första gången.

Logga in med e-legitimation innan du börjar fylla i e-tjänsten och spara innan du lämnar den. Du når därefter e-tjänsten på Mina sidor. Den sparas i 14 dagar efter att du senast arbetade med den.
De filformat som är godkända att använda för bilagor är pdf, tif, tiff, jpeg, jpg, doc, docx och excel (i vissa e-tjänster kan undantag förekomma). Det är tillåtet att bifoga max 10 filer.
Du kan inte bifoga ljud- eller videofiler i våra e-tjänster. Skicka dem i stället via e-post. E-postadresser till varje länsstyrelse finns på sidan Kontakta oss. Om filerna du vill skicka är större än 25 MB måste du använda tjänsten Filskick. Kontakta oss för att få länk till tjänsten.

You do not need to log in to use this e-service, but the form that you have begun to fill out will disappear after three hours. That is why we recommend that you always log in so you can take the breaks you need before you send your errand to us.
